Three steps to Santa

1. Pick a time

Open Santa’s diary and pick the time for your five-minute call, any day from 1 to 31 December 2026, including Christmas Day and the thank-you week after. Bedtime slots go fastest.

2. Tell Santa who’s waiting

A first name, their age, something they’ve done brilliantly and perhaps a pet. Santa checks his list and gets ready.

3. Santa calls you

Save our number as “Santa” and at the booked time your phone rings… and it’s him. Miss it? Santa tries again two minutes later.

Five minutes they’ll remember

Santa has been doing this a very long time, and he knows exactly which moments make children gasp.

The name reveal

“Ho ho ho! Is that Amara?” Santa knows their name before they say a word. Of course he does. He knows everyone.

The proud moment

Santa has heard all about the bike with no stabilisers. He hears about every brave moment, and he never forgets one.

The tiny secret

Santa leaves them a mission: a drawing by the window, a kind thing to do tomorrow. The magic carries on long after he’s said goodbye.
